Type 1 level senders were supplied from 2005-2011 (pump replacement after 2012 will typically have Type 2 level sender)
Type 2 level senders were supplied from on the 5.7 from 2011-2019 and on the 6.1/6.4L from 2011-2021.
Type 3 level senders were supplied on the 5.7 from 2020-2023 and on the 6.4L from 2022-2023 and are not compatible with this product.
2011 model years require visual confirmation of Type 1 or Type 2 level sender.

Use in conjunction with the OE feed circuit for 700 rwhp, or 10 psi boost max with gasoline fuel only. Retains OE fuel level sender, EVAP functionality, and tank transfer, and filler neck.

Upgradeable to a return configuration.

Basic fuel pump upgrade that requires minimal installation effort. Uses the original fuel feed line, in-tank filter, and fuel pressure regulator. Transfer function of factory dual sump tank is retained, along with level sender, fuel filler, and all EVAP controls. Not for use with E85. (due to lack of compatibility of original fuel filter)

E85 requires F90000267, F90000274 or F90000285 fuel pumps, conversion to return style with upgraded feed line and E85 compatible external fuel filter.

This is part of a stand alone fuel system. Professional installation and a custom tune is required. Qualified installers must be able to interface to the OE harness, understand proper component placement, hose routing, and deliver the vehicle with factory-like pump prime/on/off logic with no error codes. Fore Innovations will supply basic system schematics and detailed component level instructions, and can provide troubleshooting of the performance and function of our system and components.

This fuel system generates substantially more heat and capacity than the original fuel system. The high powered fuel pumps make much more heat than the factory pump and the composite fuel tank construction acts as an insulator and stores heat. Additionally, the shape of the factory fuel tank limits the pickup capacity of this fuel system. The user (driver) must keep more fuel (than normal) in the tank at all times to minimize heat damage and ensure adequate fuel pickup.
