Monday to Thursday - 9:00am - 5:00pm EST
Friday to Sunday - CLOSED

Please note that orders placed after 4pm EST will not be received until the following business day.

Business days include Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We are closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

For example, orders placed on Thursday at 5pm for a product marked "Ships in 1-2 business days" will not be received until Monday and will ship 1-2 business days later.


Sales and Technical Support

In an effort to best serve our customers and to provide quickest response times, we require that all sales and support requests be sent via email. This allows us to respond to requests in the order that they were received and to quickly direct your question to a team member, or multiple team members who can best assist you. In some cases, your questions may require our staff to check with multiple departments and/or technical specifications. Receiving your questions in writing helps to ensure that we correctly understand your question(s) and it gives us the ability to respond with applicable product diagrams, instruction manuals, videos, photos, pricing quotes, and other documentation that may provide additional information. For sales and support, please email sales@foreinnovations.com. Make sure to include your contact information (Name, Phone Number, Business Name), and provide as much detail as possible, including photos and order # when necessary.

Local Pickups by Appointment Only

We are a manufacturing facility and do not have parts for immediate sale. Local pickups are available upon request but must be arranged in advance. For local pickup, place your order and pay for it online as usual. Make sure you notify us via email (sales@foreinnovations.com) to let us know that you wish to pick up your order locally. When your order is ready for pickup, we will contact you to arrange a scheduled pickup window. Please arrive on time and within your scheduled pickup window. For us to release your order, please bring your order receipt along with a photo ID for verification. As a manufacturing facility following strict safety guidelines, we do not accept walk-ins at any time.
